Athlete Development Program
A comprehensive, year-round system for athletes committed to reaching their peak. We use a periodized training model to build the engine, refine the machine, and unleash speed when it counts.
Training Cycles
Cycle 1:Foundation & Physical Development
Background • Technique • Strength & Conditioning
Purpose
To build the athletic engine. This phase focuses on increasing work capacity, correcting mechanical inefficiencies, and establishing a base of general strength.
Key Focus Areas
Cycle 2:Specific Preparation & Power
Acceleration • Elasticity • Force Application
Purpose
To bridge the gap between general fitness and sprint-specific performance. We begin to translate strength into power and refine acceleration mechanics.
Key Focus Areas
Cycle 3:Pre-Competition & Performance Modeling
Max Velocity • Speed Endurance • Race Strategy
Purpose
To sharpen the blade. Training becomes highly specific to the athlete's event, focusing on race modeling and maintaining speed under fatigue.
Key Focus Areas
Cycle 4:Competition & Peaking
Execution • Freshness • Mental Readiness
Purpose
To perform on demand. Volume drops significantly to allow for supercompensation (recovery), ensuring the athlete is fresh, fast, and confident.
Key Focus Areas
Personalized Performance Programs
One-on-one and small group training tailored to your specific physiological needs and competitive goals. We analyze, design, and execute a plan built entirely around you.
Who This Program Is For
1.Individual Assessment
Video analysis, functional movement screening, and baseline performance testing.
2.Technical Skill Development
Precision mechanics for starts, acceleration, max velocity, and upright running form.
3.Strength & Power
Strength lifting, plyometrics, and contrast training to maximize force production.
4.Speed & Conditioning
Energy system development tailored to event specific demands.
5.Mental Performance
Strategies for focus, race anxiety management, and competitive mindset.
6.Recovery & Longevity
Guidance on nutrition, mobility, sleep, and injury prevention protocols.
