Irie Blitz Track Club is a premier youth athletic development organization founded and led by former Olympic and international track and field athletes dedicated to developing the next generation of high-performing competitors and leaders. Our mission is to provide world-class training, mentorship, and character development that empowers young athletes to maximize their full potential both on and off the track.

Built on a foundation of elite experience and global competitive knowledge, Irie Blitz combines proven sprint and field event training methodologies with intentional mentorship. Our coaching approach emphasizes proper mechanics, speed development, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and race strategy, while also instilling values such as discipline, respect, integrity, and leadership.

Through structured programming and individualized guidance, Irie Blitz Track Club creates an environment where athletes not only improve performance but also gain confidence, accountability, and life skills that extend far beyond sport.

Our staff’s experience competing at the Olympic, international, collegiate All-American, and national championship levels provides athletes with firsthand insight into what it truly takes to succeed in track and field at every stage - from youth development through collegiate and elite competition pathways.

Coaching Philosophy

Our coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that speed is a skill that can be taught and mastered. We utilize evidence-based training methodologies, focusing on biomechanical efficiency, progressive overload, and specific energy system development. Every session is designed with a clear purpose, ensuring that athletes understand not just 'what' they are doing, but 'why' they are doing it, fostering a deeper connection to their own development.
