Irie Blitz Track Club is a dedicated athletic organization committed to developing the next generation of track and field talent. Founded by former athletes who have competed at both national and international levels, our club is built on a passion for excellence, discipline, and mentorship.
We specialize in strength training, speed development, and holistic training and coaching programs designed for youth athletes ages 10–18, as well as professional competitors. Beyond physical training, we emphasize mentorship and character building, ensuring our athletes grow not only in sports but also in life.
